Our Humble Beginnings

Originally the company was a proprietorship running under the name of White Rock Barbers and it was founded in 1965. Later White rock Barbers was purchased by Adib Sbeity in 2005 and along with Mustapha Hassoun they created Scissors & Comb Barbershop LTD, and since the business has grown into multiple locations including Surrey, White Rock and Vancouver.
